All for the Family Legal Clinic, Inc. is a nonprofit that provides legal services on a sliding scale ($50-$150 per hour) to low-income and moderate means communities. They help with a range of legal issues like family law, immigration, and estate planning. Residents of Solano and Stanlislaus Counties can only receive consultation services for probate of estates.

Process
Walk-ins are not accepted. Initial consultations are $60. Start by completing the online form on their website. Within 7 business days, expect an email with an application. Fill out the application and you will receive an email with a consultation letter to schedule a remote consultation appointment. The initial consultation provides up to one hour with an attorney. Any additional time or work will be billed at the quoted hourly rate, which can be found in your consultation letter.
