Description

The Katharine & George Alexander Community Law Center provides pro bono advice and representation for low-income residents in the areas of workers’ rights, consumer rights, and immigration rights. The clinic is run by the Santa Clara University School of Law, so the schedule is updated each semester.

Process

After you call in, the organization will tell you next steps.

At the clinic you will meet with attorneys and law students to obtain advice on workers' rights, consumer, and immigration rights.

Collect key information in advance if possible: case numbers, names of key people, court dates and deadlines, documents related to the issue, and any questions you have.
