Catholic Charities provides immigration legal assistance for immigrant individuals and their families, including Family-based petitions, Adjustment of status, Consular processing, Waivers of Unlawful Presence, U Visa, T Visa, VAWA (domestic violence), Political Asylum, Naturalization, Special Immigrant, Juvenile Status, DACA (Dreamers), TPS, as well as removal defense. Consultation fees may be waived based on income.

Consultations cannot be scheduled in person. To schedule a consultation, complete this form or call 916.313.7604 on Mondays between 9:00am-10:00am. If they don’t answer, leave a voicemail with your name, phone number, and the type of assistance needed. They have a limited number of consultations available. If they can’t schedule you, try calling again the following Monday.
