Description

The San Joaquin County Superior Court Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)/Mediation program provides mediation services for conflicts that arise between family, friends, neighbors, co-workers, employers, business partners, vendors, customers, and others. The mediation could be used in place of a legal process. If the mediation does not resolve the dispute, the case will proceed to a settlement conference with the court, if necessary.

Parties already in a family law case will be assigned mediation at a scheduled hearing if appropriate.
