Process

For your intake to take place, once it has been scheduled, you will need to text or send pictures of the following: hearing notice; notice to appear; ORR release for minors; and official ID or passport, birth certificate, and marriage certificate if applicable. It is important that you send a text to 510.992.3964 with pictures of these documents as soon as possible before the intake appointment in order to not lose your appointment. You will also receive a video by text that they request you watch before your appointment.
