San Joaquin County Bar Association Dispute Resolution Services supports individuals involved in Small Claims matters in San Joaquin County. While they cannot provide legal advice, they can answer basic questions such as how to file a case and which forms to use.

Clinics are held on the second Thursday of the month, 5-7pm at the Margaret K. Troke Public Library, 502 W. Benjamin Holt Drive, Stockton, CA 95207.
Process
You will need to make an appointment to reserve your space, seating is limited.
Notes
The Small Claims Clinic starts at 5:00pm sharp. If you arrive late, you will not be allowed to enter.
