The Family Law Facilitator/ Pro Per Clinic provides general information and referrals. They will review your paperwork, if you have attended a workshop or were given a sample, and give you information regarding certain family law, civil, probate, and restraining order cases. For further information regarding the Family Law Facilitator/Pro Per Clinic, you can call 209.992.5283. Phones will be answered/calls returned on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday as time permits and on Wednesday from 1:00pm to 4:45pm, excluding holidays.

Process
If you have a new case, submit a ticket through the online workshop here; this is necessary so that the Self-Help Center may review your documents online. Online document review is available here.
All cases not requiring a workshop will be assisted at the Pro Per Clinic. You must bring your most current order and all other paperwork associated with your case. Upon arrival, you will need to sign in. Arrive as early as possible to sign in as there are limited spots available each day and once they are filled, you will have to return the next business day to sign up for available times.
Pro Per Clinic hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:00am-3:30pm and Wednesday from 8:00am-11:00am at 180 E Weber Ave., Suite 105, Stockton, CA 95202.
