This program within San Jose State University will help review RAP sheets, provide information about potential expungement, and, in some cases, provide representation for record clearing.

Process
After you are in touch, the organization will tell you next steps.
At the clinic, clients will be interviewed to determine eligibility and next steps towards expungement (record clearance). Please bring your RAP sheet (criminal history report) or background check report to the clinic.
All services are free. A voluntary, $10 donation is requested.
