Description
The Workers’ Rights Clinic provides low-income and unemployed people with free, confidential information about their legal rights related to work in California. They provide services in Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, and many other languages.

Process
After you call in, the organization will tell you next steps.
At the clinic, you will consult with a law student, who will consult with attorneys and provide you with basic advice and guidance on your legal issue.

Collect key information in advance if possible: case numbers, names of key people, court dates and deadlines, documents related to the issue, and any questions you have.
