Description
The Family and Children’s Law Center provides family law services to low-income Marin residents. Services provided include the following issues: domestic violence, divorce, paternity, child custody and visitation, child support, adoption, guardianship, and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status.

Call to schedule an intake appointment at 415.492.9230 or complete an electronic intake form HERE. All Marin residents can visit their headquarters at 1401 Los Gamos Drive, Suite #200, San Rafael, CA 94903.
Process
After you call in, the organization will tell you next steps.
First appointments cost $0-50 for 30 minutes with an attorney (appointments available in English or Spanish) – you will get info, advice, and an action plan. Bring proof of income with you – see more info HERE.
After this appointment, you may be offered further services on a sliding scale.
