Description

Centro Legal’s tenants rights program provides assistance on most housing issues, focused on Alameda County (excluding Berkeley, Emeryville, and Albany). The goals of the program are to stop displacement, maintain neighborhoods, and stabilize communities. All tenants arriving to our clinics will receive a brief consultation with a Centro Legal staff member. An attorney will review each tenant’s situation, offer advice, and provide a referral to an extended services appointment, if necessary.
