Catholic Charities provides immigration legal assistance for immigrant individuals and their families, including Legal Consultations, Family-Based Visa Petitions, Fiancé Visas, Consular Processing, Inadmissibility Waivers, Remove Conditions on Residency, Permanent Residency (Green Card) Application and Renewal, Naturalization/U.S. Citizenship, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), Victims of Domestic Abuse (VAWA), Victims of Violent Crimes (U-VISA), Temporary Protected Status (TPS), Request of Immigration Records (FOIA), and Travel Documents (Advance Parole).

Call 510.768.3100 to learn more about services and to make an appointment. There is a $60 fee for consultations, which can be waived based on income. No one will be turned away for inability to pay.

Must make an appointment for an initial consultation.
Notes
Collect key information in advance if possible: case numbers, names of key people, court dates and deadlines, documents related to the issue, and any questions you have. You will likely have to bring documentation for proof of income.
