JDC’s Family Law Project assists low-income individuals and families with family law and related probate matters including divorce, legal separation, nullity, parentage, domestic abuse, guardianship, conservatorship, and domestic violence restraining orders.

You can sign up to meet with the JDC's Family Law Project attorney via THIS CALENDLY LINK. You can also call the voicemail line at 415.989.1616 – callers should be prepared to leave a message with their name, phone number, best times to reach them and a brief description of the family law issue(s) they are dealing with.
Notes for signing up:
- Provide your information where it asks for first name, last name, and email
- Provide the client's information for all fields that start with "Client"
- Note that the JDC can provide Spanish and Cantonese interpretation. For any other languages, clients must provide their own interpreter.

Process
If you schedule an appointment for your client using the THIS CALENDLY LINK, the client will receive a call from a JDC family law attorney at the scheduled time. All potential clients must provide proof of income.
