JDC’s Family Law Project assists low-income individuals and families with family law and related probate matters including divorce, legal separation, nullity, parentage, domestic abuse, guardianship, conservatorship, and domestic violence restraining orders.

Callers should be prepared to leave a message with their name, phone number, best times to reach them and a brief description of the family law issue(s) they are dealing with. JDC can provide Spanish and Cantonese interpretation. For any other languages, clients must provide their own interpreter.
