They emphasize a holistic client-centered and trauma-informed approach that empowers survivors to address their legal needs and navigate the judicial system. Areas of legal assistance include: victim’s compensation, criminal record clearing, public benefits, immigration, restraining orders, identity theft, family law and others.

Collect key information in advance if possible: case numbers, names of key people, court dates and deadlines, documents related to the issue, and any questions you have.
