Peer counselors are working professionals who are trained by Empower Work and volunteer their time to support people by text. They can talk about anything that feels challenging, overwhelming, or tough at work.

Process
You will be connected to a trained peer counselor within 2 minutes during business hours (8:30am-8pm PT, every weekday).
