Complete the online form on this page or contact the Public Defender's office by calling 415.473.6321 or in person at 3501 Civic Center Dr., Suite 127, San Rafael, CA 94901. Hours: Monday-Friday from 8:30am-12:00pm and 1:00pm-4:00pm. More information about the process is here.
