Oasis provides immigration services specifically for the LGBTQ+ community. They provide representation to clients in Asylum (both affirmative and defensive), Residency (green card), Citizenship, VAWA, and Family Petition cases.

Process
After you call in, the organization will tell you next steps. All consultations and most legal services Oasis provides are free of charge.
Notes
Oasis’ staff speak English, Spanish, and Portuguese and the organization has access to interpreters to serve other language needs.
